Jeremy Theisen is the Chief Revenue Officer at Hang and a seasoned restaurant industry executive with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth through technology, culture, and strategic innovation.
Prior to Hang, Jeremy served as Chief Growth Officer at Craveworthy Brands, where he led initiatives that significantly increased systemwide revenue. Before that, he was Chief Growth Officer at FAT Brands, overseeing franchise development and leading digital strategies designed to accelerate sales and profitability for franchisees.
Earlier in his career, Jeremy was Chief Sales Officer at Punchh, where he helped scale the company from launch to more than $50 million in revenue before its acquisition by PAR Technology Corporation.
Jeremy also served on the Toast Customer Advisory Board from 2023 to 2024 and was recognized as a 2025 QSR Digital Disruptor for his impact on restaurant technology and growth.
Kim DeCarolis is a restaurant industry leader with 14 years of experience across marketing, technology, and operations, including more than a decade driving organizational growth through sales leadership in restaurant operations and technology.
She began her career in PCI compliance and network security at NuArx before moving into restaurant technology, selling white-labeled CRM, mobile app, and loyalty solutions at Punchh. Kim was the first woman named to the executive team at Punchh, serving as Vice President of Sales and playing a pivotal role in scaling the company to $50 million in revenue prior to its acquisition.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kim led enterprise sales for reservations, ordering, and CRM platforms at SevenRooms and later expanded into food safety, training, and operations with PathSpot. She then transitioned to the brand side, serving as Director of Strategic Franchise Sales at FAT Brands and working with Craveworthy and Smalls Sliders to build high-growth franchise partnerships and solve operational challenges.
Kim is a member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and WIRL, where she actively contributes to advancing women in the restaurant industry.
